Take IRRG5640 as an example: in the 5.6x4.0x0.85mm package, 6 chips with 535nm, 660nm, and 940nm wavelengths are integrated, which can effectively measure human blood rate, blood oxygen and other parameters through algorithms, which can be widely used in smart wristbands, smart watches, and other wearable devices and medical equipment.
